My Boys R & G…
Wow what a crazy reading this was.
this reading was linked to the reading we just did in Hamlet. R & G were sent to see Ham to see what is the matter and cheer him up. this was explained in the play as well in R & G. It was a very post-mod reading. It was very sarcastic and they joked about things that were not usually joked about. Both of the characters are very stupid and in the reader there were a million pages of them going back and forth and back and forth. confused and perplexed.
This reading was wild. R & G played the question game. it was entertaining and funny but very very very stupid. there were “preparing and role playing” for when the see Hamlet. they finally encounter hamlet and have short convo with him.
“the only beginning is birth and the only end is death” (I liked that quote)

im kind of amazed at how much stuff is getting abreviated: Rose and Guild, Ham, R&G, po-mo, po-mod, etc.
anyway ya, i too was pretty cpnfused and perplexed after this reading, im glad we read it in class so i could have some reassurance that i was reading this thing right

This reading was pretty wild. The question game was crazy. These people play a lot of games!! I too thought this reading was really stupid and kind of silly. I keep thinking of these characters as big jokesters and kind of as jokes for some reasons. Probably because they play so many games and do so many weird things.

this blog is really simple, yet fufills all the needs! quick summary so we know which section, and you gave post modern examples and talked about it relating to hamlet. GREAT JOB ALEX. i agree with the stupididty of the characters, who doesnt? and i agree with your quote. PLUS YOU LOOKED HAWTTT AT P-ROM

haha I like the way you abreviate words! This blog is quick to the point. It goes over pretty much all that happened in the reading. Most of the pages were just back and forth games with eachother. And you are so right about them being stupid. I made a big deal in my reading of how studid they are, especailly Rosencrantz.
